I hate being the party pooper 🥴 here, but i recently watched a video made by two chemists stating the following about the 🚨 Illyioon ceramide cream🚨: (as per my understanding) 1. It only contains one ceramide 2. That ceramide content in this product is 4PPM (parts per million) 3. The ceramide (lab made) has been tested and the conclusion of that test was that this ingredient does NOT have the properties of a ceramide 4. Another study (by the brand, I guess) has been performed on this very ingredient, BUT the cream used in testing the new ingredient ALSO contained 3 other ingredients known for delivering hydration to the skin.
I heard all this on Chemist Confessions episode “Ceramides in products!”
Could you please give us your opinion on all this?
**Later edit** All the above is true to the 2022 reformulation! I missed the multiple reformulations aspect! It is still sold on the international market, though, so be aware of which one you’re buying!
As to the 2025 reformulation, this is what I was able to find: they replaced the alledged lab made ceramide with a new one (researched and peer reviewed) that comes in a concentration of 7,622ppm, which equates to aprox 0,76% of the formulation (again, in the NEW, 2025 reformulation). And this lab made ceramide has been proven to be efficient in cencentrations between 0.5 and 2%. So, we’re good, we’re good! 😊 I just hope the testing of it was good testing (not like with the previous lab made ceramide in the 2022 reformulation). But I can lay it to rest now. (Hope this helped)

I got the anua moisturizer based on your review and the ingredients. I have been using it for only 2 days but my face is visibly brighter and hydrated! I have oily skin and it‘s still windy and cold winter here in Germany, so I can use it twice a day. I think it will be a little to heavy in summer so probably I‘d use it only at night then.
I have super dry nd super sensitive skin what ever I put something on my skin gets redness nd brnesss😢
