  1. Let us know what you think about these short form videos. We currently post one long form video a week and we are trying to post short videos a couple times a week in-between. Is this something you enjoy? Let us know. Dr. Maxfield will be making some short videos with me soon! As many of you know, I’m very active on other platforms and figured I would also share some of my best content here 🙂

  2. I’ve tried both those products and St. Ives is better, that PanOxyl didn’t help me at all. The ingredients sound good, but the product isn’t good for some reason.

  3. What I found that works best for me is salicylic acid exfoliator. That’s the best for me personally. Nothing really works better. And then just some moisturizer after. Just anything too harsh is not good for me ..I learn that the hard way which is what I think started my severe acne at first when it worse. Before I used to just get 3 or 4 dots on each cheek but one day I used some benzoyl peroxide and I don’t think I ever used that before….and the next morning it was bad. And that’s what the recommended too I think that’s why. But that’s just too strong for anybody I think. And plus I wasn’t using moisturizer that time. But now I found out moisturizer really makes a difference. But 2 maybe 5% salicylic acid exfoliator is the perfect solution. Also vaporizing rub with eucalyptus and oil….I use that only before I go to sleep all over my face and you wake up with your face feeling refreshed. If it works for me it’ll work for anyone. Not during the day though only before u got to sleep and like your skin just absorbs it so well and you wake up with freshed skin and sometimes glowing.
