I took biotin on and off for years but didn’t find any effect.
This time i took 15000 mcg of biotin, and the pains, and the feeling of hot and cold in my foot reduced within hours. I had that pains in last 1 year and tried many supplements such as B1 b3 b5 b12 cats claw magnesium manganese boswellia msn omega 3 with no effect.
Taking about 25mg of biotin for the last few days actually cured my extremely sensitive foots that made me woke up feeling them hot cold and painful every morning
These are the best “supplements” I could ever hope for
I don’t think typically doctors bother to learn about vitamins, as they have no idea the amazing benefits those vitamins cud achieved with no side effects if we choose the good quality products. Because the supplements give our body the urgently needed materials to repair our problem.
Recently i tried higher dosage of biotin on my legs nerve pains. They were sensitive and feeling cold all the times. With muscles pains last 2 years, such that i cud not claimed out of the car, abd walking down staircase with the feeling of certainly in my steps.
Biotin didn’t work at 5000 mcg as I tried it a year ago, but now I am running out of solution, with high dosages of 1 gram benforthiamine, B3, and B5, 800 mg of multiple types of magnesium compounds, high dosage of triple strength omega3 (be careful taking highest dosage for too long will cause hemoglobin to drop, and traces of blood in urine or stools.
I took 5000 mcg of biotin every 20 minutes. At 10000 mcg i cud feel the nerve pains reduced a bit, and more so at avtotal of 15000 mcg an hour later.
It continues to reduce the pains up to 30000 mcg, or 30 mg.
At the end I took 40 to 60 mg split over the day. 3 weeks later, i was surprised to find that I have much clearer mind, calmer moods, and higher energy to start the day. Of course b7 helps our digestion in converting foods to energy, and probably repairing the guts food sensitivity as well.
Now I add paba into it, around 300 mg. But I don’t have the best results yet.

, I have read that it can help hair health to take 5,000 mcg of Biotin daily. Many brands are acceptable. I try to take versions in a veggie capsule. Right now, I am taking Jarrow brand.
