  1. What is wrong with the Endocrinologists? If that is your speciality then shouldn’t you study EVERYTHING that is available to help women suffering my OP DX? Thank you for clarifying this journey. I exercise with Dr. Lisa Moore DPT. She is a Bone Fit graduate as well.

  2. My doctor just told me I had osteoporosis and prescribed fosamax. He didn’t spend any time discussing nutrition and exercise for building bone. I don’t want to take fosamax!

  3. Would you recommend taking a combination of the different types of Calcium supplements? Like Citrate/Hydroxylapatite before breakfast and Carbonate (+D3, K2) with dinner (and the magnesium at lunch).
