  1. The studies need to consider genetic background. E.g. people from northern european descent may need as much calcium as everybody else, but they had high dairy intake for 12000 years, so they evolutionary lowered their absorption rate.

  2. better to really ramp up vitamin D & K2 to absorb the calcium and let it go to the bones
