Curious – Collagen Peptides and Hyaluronic Acid didn’t make the list
I’m sorry but no one of this supplements works for knee pain ecc. I have personally proven each of them. Born do something but not in a way that can stop completely the pain.
Ma’am I have played baseball tennis and basketball at the highest levels.. I have jumped off many houses played paintball surfed wakeboarding kiteboard kneeboarding I have ran crazy miles marathons and ultras.. I’m 38 and I’m scared because when I go and run like 4-6 miles my left knee is FOOKED 😂 like I struggle walking I just started wearing a sleeve for it. But I srsly am scared. You think I should get it x-ray? I need joint meds for sure tho surely anything will help
